If Areeba Flow isn't right for you, you can request a refund of your subscription fee within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
What is not refundable
- Setup fees and other one-time fees, including the $87 setup fee.
- SMS, calls, email, AI and other usage charges.
- Phone number charges after a number is purchased.
- A2P registration fees and other carrier fees.
- Third-party charges, such as payment processing and domain registration.
- Unused months of a yearly plan after the 14-day period.
Billing errors
We will correct duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and billing mistakes on our side. Please report them within 14 days of the charge.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, invoice number and reason. We aim to review requests within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback, as we can usually resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended.
Cancelling and refunds are different
Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund current or past charges, unless the request falls within the terms above.
