Areeba Flow is built for real businesses talking to real customers. These rules protect your customers, our messaging reputation and everyone using the service.
Content you may not send or host
- Spam, or misleading or deceptive messages.
- Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity.
- Sexually explicit, hateful, harassing or violent content.
- Malware, phishing or harmful links.
- Counterfeit goods or content that infringes someone's rights.
Activities not allowed
- Messaging or calling people without the consent the law requires.
- Using scraped or purchased contact lists.
- Impersonating a person or business.
- Getting around security, usage limits or carrier filtering.
- Overloading, attacking or reverse engineering the service.
- Reselling the service without our written agreement.
Consent and opt-outs
You must have proper consent for every contact you message or call, keep records of that consent, and honor opt-out requests promptly. See our SMS Compliance page.
Businesses we do not support
Areeba Flow is for home service businesses. We may decline high-risk uses, including payday lending, debt settlement, gambling, firearms, adult services, pyramid schemes and illegal products.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious the issue is, we may warn you, pause messaging, suspend your account or close it without a refund. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
